During my work as a consultant, I often came across situations where I needed to coach my client(s) in various aspects. My opinion always was every consultant needs to understand the basics of coaching. So when I saw the MV certification class i jumped on it. It's a great class that should be basic in college for any professional program. The understanding what makes people klick should is as important as a language. Great class!
