I've been a life coach for primarily women in business for quite some time. Coming from a Corporate setting myself, I am painfully aware of the dysfunction in culture and leadership in my area. I would very much like to try and change this given our current climate, we have never had a better opportunity. Additionally, it gives me additional tools to help my own clients with.
