I've been doing life and leadership coaching for the past 2 years. Often times when I spoke with business leaders, some challenges came up related to strategy, team, culture, hiring etc. Before the CBC program I felt I was unequipped to help my clients with business challenges.
After taking this certification I feel so charged up and confident that I can help businesses with anything ranging from leadership to strategy, marketing, teams, culture and systems. I've picked up some powerful methodologies in coaching fundamentals and also consulting frameworks that I can use with my clients. There were a lot of great case studies we've learned and also the Q/A calls were amazing because they allowed us to connect theory with practice. I realise that it is just the beginning. Everything starts when the book is over, when the course is over. Having said that, along the way, I've been applying what I learned with my clients or in the coaching labs. Some sessions were "sucky" (ok maybe not that bad), some were powerful. This is a learning process.
Some of my tangible results are I've done nearly 80 hours of pure coaching with paid clients. I'm on my way to generate $100K this year. I've been approached to become the CEO of a small startup with 6 figure annual salary. In short, the CBC program has opened up many doors for me as a new coach. And I am so excited about what the future brings.
