As a 'seasoned woman' @75 I had settled into life as a transformational coach, and had no real desire to become anything else! After taking this Quest however I was inspired!
The reason I enrolled in this Quest was basically Ajit's emails continually showing up and presenting business in a light that was very different to my own preconceived ideas, and it piqued my curiosity. Naturally I saw it as beneficial to become certified with Evercoach as well.
Reasons why I recommend this Quest:
I really appreciated both coaching and consulting being included in the make up of the quest.
Instead of business coaching being all about the financial state of affairs it actually deals with the real people within that business, their culture, their team management, leadership etc. which made it so 'tangible' to learn in a way.
The sessions and videos etc. were extremely well presented.
I see that in my own life I've become more 'teachable' and could consider the business, as well as transformational coaching in the future.!
