Embarking on a Journey of Transformation with CBC
With over 15 years in Product Management, Leadership, and Public Speaking, the idea of coaching intrigued me. A stint as an Agile Coach intensified this interest. I saw potential in the field of Product Coaching, particularly as IT firms were shifting towards the product model, and skilled Product Coaches were in high demand.
Mindvalley's Certified Business Coaching (CBC) caught my eye, but my plans were delayed by a dream job offer from a Big 5 Tech company. Fate intervened, leaving me jobless and compelled to enroll in CBC immediately.
What I found was transformative. Top-tier coaches like Ajit, Fran, and others were on a mission to help us succeed. The content was top-notch, resonating with my years of business experience. It wasn’t just about the knowledge; the community fostered was invaluable. Coaching pods provided new connections every week, forming a supportive network ready to assist when needed.
Two months in, the realization struck: Why wait? The momentum was there, and I could start my Product Coaching combined with Leadership Coaching. A passion for leadership drives me, founded on the belief that everyone possesses inner light. By uncovering this light, individuals excel at work, and the world improves.
