Before this program, I was running a sales coaching business. 
 The reason why I originally chose the CBC program was to learn business systems. However, what I got was the leadership coaching aspect. This was profound and will distinguish me in the market, as well as apply to myself and my own business. 
 I've also gained a great network of not just colleagues, but true friends. I love the coaching community, and people who dedicate their lives to coaching have a special bond and understanding.
