Before this programme, I was handling my team of 20 as if it's fire-fighting method, based on gut instincts. After completing the Certified Business Coaching Programme, I re-learn the structure - and I especially enjoy the Vivid Vision module that identifies my team's core values, passion and aspirations in life beyond workplace. I even utilized some of the key documents during my staff assessment and annual performance evaluation, and the results were amazing.
