Ever since I was a teenager, I had this French quote in mind and I knew I was somehow supposed to accomplish it. "You must always know the limits of what is possible. Not to stop, but to attempt the impossible in the best possible conditions - Romain Gary".

The "impossible" for me, in business terms, was the talent I felt I lacked: I don't sing, draw well, master any particular art... I failed to find, for almost a decade, a business idea that would enchant me. I was a successful engineer & project manager, but with an unsatisfied longing in the back of my head.

And then there was a click. I went through a personal coaching program of 6 months, that pointed me to the Business Coach certification. And the limit cracked. I learned about myself that my Shine, my "hidden" talent was all this time under my very nose, and I did not see it: Operations, Project Management and Systems.

I now mix these skills that I've known for so long with new ones like Marketing, Branding and Process Communication in my Consultancy & Coaching agency that is already guiding 15 entrepreneur clients in the first month of existence. While simultaneously having a very satisfying corporate career, and a life-work balance.
