I signed up to this course simply for 2 reasons. To keep update my coaching & consulting competencies and to calibrate my competencies in international level.
I'm going to start with a little background, to help me emphasize how powerful and meaningful this course for me. I chose this course to update my competencies because this is the first coaching certification that stated “openly” about combining the coaching with consulting, at least to my limited knowledge. I have my share of experience going through many coaching certifications and courses, most were purely coaching competencies while the other were actually consulting methodologies. If I remember the early years when I started building my coaching business more than a decade ago in my early 20s, I learned it the hard way that at the end of the day, most clients need both coaching and consulting to achieve the best results with the shortest amount of time possible. With that, I even made my own approach to help my clients, and even some techniques I made it up on the spot to help the clients.
Now this is where it feels magical. Going through the course was like a time travel machine for me, the insight that I got from each module, there was always a moment that help me remember from my experience something like "I got nailed it by doing the same thing, or I remember my clients achieved their goal with the same approach, and so on". I could even talk all week to share what I got but it still won't be enough. When I look back at my ups and downs in building my business, this course simply like a constant reminder which actions really work. I imagine if I started again when I was still in my early 20s with this knowledge, even though I would still have my ups and downs, but I believe I could have much more ups and much less downs.
With that, I’m confident to say that all the materials they give in the course are all proven materials, Ajit and team only present us something that really works. Even somebody who have never even heard of coaching will be able to become a professional and competent coach/consultant with this course ALONE, as long as they do all the lessons, materials, and actively involved with all the practice sessions and opportunities (and no I’m not being paid to say this).
What’s more, since coaching basically is a tool to live a better life, going through this course alone could improve a lot of aspects in one’s life.
Last, one of the most valuable aspects of the course is to be able to meet so many beautiful souls in the world that meant for us, it simply something priceless that money can't measure it.
