Before this program, even though I had been coaching for 6 years, I was doubting of my own capabilities. I thought I was not enough as an Executive and Business Coach.
Thanks to this program, I was so surprised to discover I was already practicing very intuitively Business Coaching the way it is taught as this reconciles with my previous consultant life. I feel more grounded. And I have as a back up all the resources I need to remind me all what I already know and create as a coach. Thanks to this program I have conducted 2 group coaching (5 days in Sept and 3 days in Oct) with women entrepreneurs and it rocked with quantum leaps for both groups. I am so grateful.
