Before this program, I was coaching and mentoring new business owners and entrepreneurs, but I was very careful about who I coached because I was not confident I could handle "any" situations my coachees faced. I also struggled to charge what I was worth because of that lack of confidence, despite 30 years in leadership. During the class, I gained tools, methods, and mindset shifts that completely changed my view of my coaching abilities and shifted my mindset. Now, I can confidently tell potential clients that I can help them break their biggest barriers and move toward their goals. And I have no problem charging what I'm worth.
