As small business owners, we tend to pour from an empty cup. We're always working or thinking about work, with nothing left to give. After working with a coach since 2019, I have learned how to create an intentional culture and a company that I love working ON rather than IN. I really wanted to take my company to the next level, and invested in this course with the intention of using the information to help my own business grow. I am definitely someone who always works on what is urgent, rather than what is important and after this course, I've really learned the importance of strategy, planning, and managing energy flow so I can 20x my business and my life!
