Prior to starting this program, I had recently completed Certified Life Coach and was looking to learn more. My interest in learning how to coach in different environments was growing, and seeing how it applies to business was both interesting and insightful.
At the time, I was building my coaching toolkit. Learning skills in life coaching and broadening that into business coaching. The areas that Ajit covers in consulting helped me look at the varied aspects of business. Not only would I be able to help other business owners and teams become better at what they do, the lessons learned can help me in my own business building efforts. It was wonderful to gain that additional value.
Now, having finished this program, I have a much better sense of what it would take to build and maintain a successful business, as well be able to effectively coach the people that operate within that business every day. It was a great complement to the CLC program!
