Before this Quest I was looking to add another skill set to my portfolio.
 After taking this Quest I feel confident in coaching businesses or teams, large or small. 
 The reason I enrolled in this Quest was to formalize my learnings over the years. I was certified by The One Page Business Plan some time ago. I was active initially then focussed on plain language writing services. 
 What I was hoping to learn was anything new on coaching to add to my knowledge base.
 Reasons why I recommend this Quest is it's a fulsome course, practical, balanced and backed by theory. The labs are an essential part of the program to help you apply what you learn. 
 Areas of my life in which I’ve noticed the biggest changes in my life is energy management.
