Hi Coach Ajit and Vishen!

I feel honored and blessed to be sharing my story with you as taking the Certified Business Coach Certification has truly changed my life. I felt lost over 4 years ago, facing the darkest times in my life. I joined Mindvalley searching for change and guidance and taking programs like Be Extraordinary and Money EQ, allowed me to be open to creating change within my career. Something that I held onto so dearly since I've been a TV Host and Designer for 18 years. What Certified Business Coaching gave me, was the key to my heart, my soul, and a clear and concise path to finding my passion and dreams. It gave me access to creating the business that I had envisioned when I graduated with my thesis project, which was to create a space that would heal people that were suffering from depression, seasonal affective disorder, and more. Now that I look back, I realized that I chose money over my dreams and allowed my vision to be blurred and distracted by what other people wanted for me. And now with the knowledge from this certification, I can say confidently that I am ready for my new career as a COACH!! I have a voice and the skills that I've acquired during my career and now I can blend what I've learned to bring coaching to the Design World. My biggest takeaway from CBC is...

1) By asking the right questions, and getting curious (as Coach Ajit would say!!), you can guide others to finding the truth inside of them. And now I can do that for myself too. The answers are already written, and I want to share my energy with the world to make an impact. 2) Be Present, all day every day! This has allowed me to connect to my family, coworkers, my tribe members in such a powerful way. I've never met so many strangers and felt so close to them in such a short time, and virtually! It's magic!! 3) Creating a Culture that is excited about what they do is key! I spent the last year working in a culture that is toxic and unproductive and as an empath, I took it on as my duty to fix it and to be a people pleaser. I now realize that contributed to my daily anger and frustrations.

In 4 months, I have turned my life around and started a new business as a Design Coach and Consultant for my new business, Nuevarosa which focuses on creating Healing Spaces at home and at work. The goal is to bring Coaching to the Design world so that clients can feel empowered. Our goal is to Restore your Soul, Elevate your Space! Can't wait to share the website with all of you when it launches. I've also been a part of the CBC Coaches E-book project, called "Seeds For the Soul". And I just finished my draft for the 2nd E-book!! I used to hate writing, but I discovered that I have a flow, a rhythm that allows me to express myself. So I thought I would share my draft with you!!

CHER MY SOUL

I am energetic Magnetic A soul that was put on this earth to CHER I’m a Starseed in human form Not the norm But I was sent here on a mission I was born to care Born to share To help to inspire The desire To find deep frequencies and vibrations It’s different, not trending But it’s always transcending I listen, give advice to those in need To help, to empower That’s part of my creed

The story goes I spent the last few years in question Depression Unsure of my choices and suggestions Yearning for self-expression Everything that was part of my mission Was not accepted I changed, to fit the mold Rejected, redirected My life was controlled Not by me By other voices Making my choices My Judge, My Avoider The Restless Saboteurs My Vision was a blur Why do I feel lost Feel empty and alone Exhausted Doing the same ol, same ol’ And for what cost?

After years of inner turmoil I decided to make a change I pitched myself as a coach For someone else’s agenda but my goals were out of range Got sucked into the vortex And put my needs aside And what ultimately transpired Was my soul got tired Tired of excuses Tired of working 24-7 Tired of working On projects that have no soul No goals that aligned with mine No air, no light It was a deep black hole I was ready to give up The burnout, I’m stuck I forgot how to fill my cup

One day my husband sent me a message On social, but this video immediately caught my eye Evercoach x Mindvalley Coaching…hmm..should I give it a try? This is not just a certification There’s an opportunity here To help others, change lives A message that’s clear This was a love note created with SOUL Telling me it’s my time To shine Be Devine And you don’t have to walk alone All you have to do is get into the zone

There’s a tribe out there just like you That have bigger wants and dreams To heal the world To help the world, to serve the world Beyond the mainstream So I took the leap with great fear My gut said it was my time To face the fact that my career So dear to my heart Was about to take a turn Left and right Right and left Past the hallway of doors The dark tree trunk The nightmares that haunted me To a clear bright light The gold aura gleaming What a sight No reason to fight What is truly meant to be The first time in my life I pressed YES to my future To accepting the challenge Not knowing where this path could take me And for once thinking and breathing With my heart from the start Let the Coaching begin!

As the certification started I made a promise To make it my goal To make big leaps To have faith in the unknown You’re a Starseed, a beautiful soul You’re ready to join the universe The tribe with good vibes Don’t be scared Lead with your heart From the start There’s no finish line Constantly evolving, the stars will align Movement is key This change gave me the freedom To become the real me.

Learning and growing Soul searching, the perfect storm Even though I was cracked open, not knowing I pushed myself to find answers Once again it was not the norm I’m known as a Designer An entertainer, a producer, a friend you could call I thought I knew it all But what was truly missing in my life Was giving myself permission To make the transition To my life’s purpose And serve as the light To help people see again To be the voice For people who need to be heard again To be the mirror That shows your true reflection The person that shines From the inside out With intention, direction To love with compassion Because connecting with people Is more than just a transaction

As I write this love letter In the middle of the night I’m documenting my dream turning into reality Everything feels right I glance down at my daughter As she sleeps so peacefully I’m super emotional Because what I see Is the reflection Of a little girl The innocent face It’s me My face, My heart In our creation The dreams I had as a little girl To be free, to be creative Anxious but courageous and ready for the world And I know now that coaching isn’t just about me It’s about helping others Who need to be free By changing my past And turning to the future I will leave a legacy For my daughter My Reyna Luz Our Queen of the Light Shining so Bright So that she can live in harmony And know that her Mama Helped to shape “Create, Heal, Energize and Restore” The spaces, the places Environments that will help us rise Look out for NUEVAROSA A new way of coaching Starseeds unite Shining bright The New Rose Spactial Activation The Soul‘s new CREATION.
