"I can now make a difference with individuals and organizations"

Thanks to this program I now have the tools to properly and successfully parlay my experiences as a leader and healthcare executive into a successful and worthwhile coaching career. I have always had implied coaching and mentoring in my previous careers as a military officer and physician and subsequently as a physician and healthcare executive; however, my skills never felt formalized. With this training I feel that I have to armamentarium actually be able to help to make a difference with individuals and organizations that may work with me in the future. For anyone looking to pursue this program, I would say this to them. You won't regret this choice and as long as you relax, stay present, and stay open to sharing, you will realize everything you want and perhaps more than you realized you would.
