After nearly two decades of leadership in the NGO world I felt I had reached a turning point. I had worked across continents, managed large budgets, and supported some of the most committed human rights advocates of our time. Yet something was missing: a space where my skills could serve people more directly, more personally, and with a focus on growth rather than crisis.
Stepping out of the nonprofit world was both bold and liberating. I invested in my own transformation, enrolling first at Henley Business School, where I completed the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC). I then deepened my practice with Mindvalley’s Life Coaching and Business Coaching certifications, integrating rigorous methodology with intuitive, human-centered approaches.
Today, I bring together my experience of leading complex global teams with the art of coaching. I support professionals — especially expat leaders and parents — in navigating change, building harmony at work and at home, and aligning success with well-being. My journey reflects both continuity and reinvention: the same commitment to human potential, but now on a deeply personal scale.
