Before commencement of the course, I was presiding over a 7-year business with multiple challenges – internal communication, debt and uncommitted specialist personnel.
Although soon after starting I became unwell (about half the course length) and almost gave up, I was given encouragement by the Evercoach resource personnel. Even though I feel I have rushed through the course and couldn’t benefit from many live sessions and labs because I was so far behind, a conscious effort to really understand and utilize the material, buttressed by copious resort to listening to internet podcasts and articles on coaching has enabled a wide foundational understanding and expertise. These have actually helped me in my pro bono general counseling of diverse people in the areas of health and healthy living, and spirituality.
The understandings I have gained have helped me, through coaching sessions with key personnel in my business, to appreciate what needs to be done in the areas of effective communication, leadership, focus, structure, and connections to overhaul my business to a healthy and profitable operation.
I am truly grateful and appreciative of the support from Ajit, Fran, Sid and the rest of the team for a fabulously constructed program. I am going to repeat it all over again for deeper assimilation. I also intend to avail myself of other Evercoach courses soon. Kudos to Mindvalley and Evercoach in the quest to make the world a better place through all their cutting edge programs.
