Before this program I loved to mentor my staff but felt I didn't have the right tools and techniques. I never intended to start my own business but to help companies were I currently work. This course has helped to clarify my passion for serving people and for them to be the best they can be in all areas of their lives. I am starting a new job shortly and will take my learning from this course to enhance the companies culture, build a great team and hopefully increase their turnover.
