I have around 18 years of experience in strategic planning, quality management, and performance management and I have always worked in government-oriented entities. However, I am looking to work in other sectors in the private market and get more skills that will assist me in serving private sectors business owners and SMEs. I feel confident that I can do that now by unifying my 18 years of government work experience and business coaching skills and bringing out the best from government & private sectors.
I am graduating from this program with more open-minded, and a result-oriented thinking and approach. I love turning challenges into opportunities & turning failures to lessons learnt!
