The Start of CBC
When the program started, I jumped right into my goal-setting personality mode. In the last few years, I used to call myself an objective-driven person and would follow objectives, crushing everything in my path. I considered objectives an important endeavor in my life. Yet now I know better, thanks to the CBC with hundreds of new lessons learned, some of which I shared later in this writing as short sentences to remember.
Further, when the program started, I defined the areas where I expected a change in my life. In the last years, I found myself eager to change anything that was not working properly in my life, and in many cases, I would even try to change everyone around me as well. Now I know better, thanks to the CBC. I started redefining my focus in the past month into Value Hacking as my coaching area. I also took the opportunity here to share more about many of the wonderful coaches in our Evercoach-Mindvalley network at the bottom of this writing.
When I joined the program, I had already grasped what it meant to develop a growth mindset and understood superficially my core values. Yet, there is a big difference between understanding something and applying it every day of your life. Thanks to the CBC, now I know better. I aim to bring awareness to every action every day. That was how my focus became clearer on value hacking as well.
Hence, I joined the program while redefining the balance between my IKIGAI (what I love, what I’m good at, and what I do to increase wealth) and my family circles (direct, trusted friends, and communities). Thanks to my family, I was able to get the best out of the CBC experience and keep raising the bar of what we all can accomplish together.
I am glad and proud to be now part of the family of the Coaches of Evercoach and Mindvalley, which includes Business coaches, hypnotherapy coaches, Life Coaches, High-Performance and Transformative Coaches, Holistic and Holobody Health coaches, among others.
During the CBC
Years ago, a friend asked me If I ever had a coach in my life. My answer was “Never”. I did once shortly but the experience also taught me about the difference between having a coach and working with a crisis manager.
In contrast, the CBC weekly lessons with Ajit Nawalkha himself, the weekly Coach Labs, and the experience of months of constant training with my fellow CBC coaches showed me the wonderful side of this path. And all the 15 years of practice from being a team leader, being head of departments, and later a CEO, founder, a co-founder of startups, all enhanced my experience now as a business coach and made much more sense to be a teacher.
The CBC experience has been a vehicle of growth to understand how each of these past experiences comes together as pieces of a puzzle to enhance what my vision of Inspiral Growth could become. We all have life experiences to share that may bring a new perspective to the current lives of others in need. For that, I also created YouTube channel our Inspiral Growth Academy to share weekly in English and Spanish.
Supercoach, a gathering of more than 700 coaches
Last July, the pinnacle of my CBC Experience was the Supercoach 3-Day Gathering in Tallinn, Estonia. During the event, I used a packet of sticky notes to write down every single idea or lesson learned from the wonderful keynote speakers, such as Ajit himself and his wife Neeta, such as Vishen Lakhiani, Paul McKenna, Ronan Diego, and Fran. Borrowing the term created by Ajit as WOA (Work of Art), here are some of the sticky notes I found in my bag back home:
WOA #1
Ask yourself often what is your purpose and if this purpose transforms your life.
WOA #2
Tell someone you love every day and tell them the reason for your love.
WOA #3
Remember to love every version of yourself, remember each age of your past, and learn to love yourself in each phase of your past and present.
WOA #4
Kensho vs Satori: temporary pain that triggers personal growth, every pain has an awakening. And the sparks that become moments of enlightenment.
WOA #5
Becoming a servant to a higher calling. The Universe does not play favorites; we all can become part of and belong.
WOA #6
Live a life where your family is part of it in all aspects and don't be tired of your kids. Find a balance to spend time with the people that matter in your life.
WOA #7
Life can happen to you or it can happen to you.
WOA #9
Interoception helps you understand and feel what's going on inside your body. Listen inside, “Hear Emotions”.
WOA #10
The Benevolent Universe! The Universe is working on your side!
WOA #11
Be Pronoic! Everyone and everything is conspiring on your behalf and your success.
WOA #12
Culture Hacker: Breaking the Chains of Culture Programming.
WOA #13
Culturescape: Reflect on past ideas, beliefs, and rules that were made up by people in the past.
WOA #14
Why do we have a body? Grow and Live this Human Experience.
WOA #15
My body is unique, and I would choose it again every single time.
WOA #16
Be the guide of your body, not the judge!
WOA #17
Nature is beautiful and unconditional. Be like nature!
WOA #18
I will never let a week go without… I will never let a week go by without Exercise, Kung fu, Tai Chi, Meditation, Stretching, Love, and my Family.
WOA #19
Show up at life when it matters
.
WOA #20
Rules Vs Bullshit Rules, What can you throw out?
These are just 20 lines out of probably hundreds of great moments that we shared with the Supercoach Family in Tallinn this last summer. I thank a thousand times everyone who made each of them possible.
It´s just the Beginning
Everything in life has an ending, and as one of my favorite quotes by Anne M.G. Schmidt said: “Every story has a happy ending; you just need to know when to stop.” The CBC Experience was just the beginning. Now that the first phase is over, it's time to boost Inspiral Growth and put all the new knowledge gained into action. Here are some of the upcoming changes for Inspiral Growth.
Our Vision:
Inspiral Growth was created and stands more than ever to create opportunities for connection and growth. To unlock the potential of highly motivated young professionals in Latin America.
Our Mission:
To expand Inspiral Growth to 10 countries in the following three years and, by doing so, enhance the impact of our vision. We aim to work with a higher number of brands in a sustainable way, always striving to find the right balance between the teams, our objectives, and our systems.
Our Values:
Be Bold take Action.
Do it with Joy.
Be Tenacious.
Our Focus on Value Hacking:
Inspiral Growth is fully committed to:
Help founders and CEOs find their purpose, the north star for their brand, and their teams.
We are a hybrid company, yet we will always defend the benefits of remote work, exceptionally to maximize the possibilities of our team members in life.
We commit to working with brands that aim for sustainability.
“Always be learning” is the present and future for the teams of Inspiral Growth, especially now with the changes in our sector due to AI.
Thank you a thousand times and many more! to the Evercoach team, to my new family of coaches, and to my own family for their constant support. Also, to everyone who made it possible for more than 700 international coaches to meet in Tallinn, Estonia, last July 2023 at the Supercoach Experience Event.
