Before this program, I was uncertain if I would feel confident enough to work with businesses as a coach/consultant because I was a stay-at-home mom with not real experience in the business world. I had been solely focused on raising my 6 children, helping my husband run his maple syrup company, and cleaning houses part-time. I knew I wanted a new career but was unsure how parenting could translate to the "real world". When I learned about this course, I intuitively felt this was the next right step and because it was a Mindvalley program, I felt 100% sure I'd be trained and ready to launch once it was done.
It exceeded any expectation I had as I knew it would. The coaches were warm, kind, brilliant at their craft, and took the overthinking, right out of my head! There were so many examples of coaching, resources to continue to use long after the program was over, and plenty of opportunities for training as a coach in pods, breakout sessions, and outside the program. The content was concise, easy to follow and understand. I personally have grown so much simply by going through the program myself and that is priceless.
I now look forward to seeing where the certification will take me! I am excited to serve small businesses and help them become companies where everyone from the employees all the way up to the CEO/shareholders are working out of the most aligned and easy structured place! What a joy to be able to help unblock those places in companies that are not working and help them redefine the vision and direction that will assist in their mega success....all while keep it heart-centered!
