This program has given me clarity about the direction and purpose of my business. Before the program I was happy running my business helping teams grow, but I was all over the place doing a lot of things, from team buildings to coaching sessions, but I felt something was missing and needed some kind of upgrade if I wanted to do this for the long run and with increasing revenues.
Through this program I have learned who I am! I am now a culture consultant. I am connecting with my clients (and new clients!) more purposefully, my clarity gives also clarity to my clients! I am putting systems in place and know where I want to take my business in the next three years.
