Before I began the Certified Business Coach journey, I was already deeply immersed in the world of leadership, strategy, and transformation. With a background in agriculture, psychology and years of experience as a business advisor, facilitator, and executive coach, I had seen firsthand the power of effective leadership in shaping not just companies, but entire communities. Yet, something within me kept nudging for more—a desire to deepen my impact, refine my craft, and expand the tools I could offer to those I serve.
When I came across the Certified Business Coach program, I knew it was the next step. It wasn’t about collecting another credential—it was about stepping into a new level of mastery with intentionality, structure, and community. I wanted to sharpen my ability to support others in navigating complexity, and to do so with even greater presence, clarity, and courage.
Throughout the program, I was both challenged and inspired, I made the choice to approach the journey with a clean slate, open to learning and growing. The content was rich and well-structured, but it was the people—the community of like-minded professionals and the unwavering support of the coaching team—that truly made the experience transformational. Every module offered not just knowledge, but insight, and the opportunity to get direct answers to my questions live on our calls, resulted in immediate results for me and my clients, as I implemented the guidance and advise that was provided. Every session reminded me of why I chose this path: to serve, to elevate others, and to lead with authenticity.
I learned just as much from the questions as I did from the answers. And through each assignment, each reflection, and each coaching practice, I found myself evolving—not just as a coach, but as a human being. I was reminded that growth is never linear; it’s a beautiful, sometimes messy, unfolding of who we are becoming.
Now, as I have completed this journey, I feel incredibly proud and grateful. I stand more grounded in my purpose, equipped with tools that elevate my coaching practice, and energized by the opportunity to continue serving others with renewed depth and heart.
