My story with CBC is more about the friendship and support and less about the results itself. Before I started I already finished a very good Coaching School in Poland and had Clients. Worked with leaders to prevent burnout and increase life quality. Also with various people in transition periods. Helping them going through change and increasing their psychological resilience. My goal was to get more business perspective to support not only on the psychological side but more on the consulting side. I was kind of scared of the fact that school is fully online but it also was a great advantage. Time and space flexibility.
What I did not expect is that my biggest outtake from the school are awesome people who I got to know and befriended. Of course coming to the SUPERCOACH EXPERIENCE helped a lot with this. But during pods and sessions, I found a couple of amazing souls and we still stay in touch and help each other. Support is ongoing and helps to stay grounded in such an unpredictable times. This was a big surprise I didn't expect but turned out to be a very valuable asset for my coaching future.
