I spent two decades designing marketing materials and strategic business proposals in the corporate world. I left to discover work that could reach more people and impact their lives positively. Since gaining valuable insights firsthand from organizations that exemplified profound leadership, rich culture, and strong values—as well as from those who struggled in these areas—I gained a unique perspective on what drives success and fulfillment in business.
