"CBC has given me many things over the actual ROI"

Last year I was going through an identity crisis, trying to reinvent myself after I quit almost everything in life in 2020. With the help of Mindvalley & Lifebook, I did explore my core values, my life vision, and my strengths & weaknesses but I couldn't see how to apply that in real life specifically for my career. 
 Though I knew I could coach people & I did start coaching friends & family in their careers, I was never confident enough & I couldn't produce results for them. I was frustrated, I started to update my CV & applying for jobs but every time I would apply for another job my heart would sink, Something was holding me back. 

That's when I saw CBC mail in my inbox & attended the masterclass right away, but when I saw the price tag my heart sunk again, I couldn't afford the program. I ignored every other mail from them later, but there was an itch, sort of an intuition that would come to me every time I would apply for another job & tell me "Universe will take care of the money, you know that's you". 

Well right before the program started, It did happen! money was presented & I applied for it. 

All the material that CBC has is comprehensive & it first teaches you how to coach an individual, Whether it's fundamentals of coaching, emotional management, communication, mindset, or behavior & later it covers how to solve business problems, so think of Leadership, teams, marketing, branding, strategy, systems, etc. I've studied lots of these topics before but you'll get something new to learn in each module. 

Specifically, 2 things happen with the content which will make you a better coach, It'll broaden your perspective on each topic & it'll show you how each of them is connected & work together to create transformation in someone's life. 
And this is just theory, the magic happens in the practical labs where a master coach teaches you the crux of a topic, how can you ingrain it in your practice & then you break out to practice it with your group. Honestly, in the first lab, I was dead scared, I had no clue how I'm gonna use the framework I'm learning, but to my surprise in the lab, I could create a transformational conversation with someone using the framework in just 15 mins. I was awestruck! 

the third important aspect of the program is the community, you get to be with some amazing people who are always up to help you build your coaching skill. I remember I met my soul client in the 3rd lab & we had an insightful conversation in 15 mins, I offered help after the lab. We started to have weekly sessions throughout the program & I got to witness the stacking of transformational sessions one over the other to create a bigger transformation over 3 months. It literally brings tears to my eyes when I go back to check out the recorded videos while I'm reassessing myself. We decided to continue this journey of growth together even after CBC & I found a friend for life. 

And now imagine multiple such stories, because I found friends & connections not just in the official labs but we came together in multiple different communities to form common interest groups & unofficial pods to help each other learn & grow together creating a rock-solid support system that can elevate you for life. 

CBC has given me many things over the actual ROI & one of the biggest things it did is to show me a mirror & made me aware of the potential of my biggest strengths- Empathy & connection. 

So what next? I'm looking forward to serving Evercoach by helping them rekindle the torch inside many more coaches in the world & do my bit in transforming the lives of people around me.
