Before this program I have worked as an Agile Coach, training and coaching organizations in agile transformations.
 In this program I learnt the scope of a Business Coach, got a lot of practical tools to use and realized that I don't have to know all the ins and outs of businesses. I just have to be a good coach and learn to use the tools for different challenges. 
 After the program I'm ready to take on new clients, small to mid sized companies that want to improve their performances.
