I am a regional consultant for a medically designed weight loss protocol. My job is to find, open, consult and support md's that offer this healthy solution for their patients. I find that after a few years, there is only so much I can consult on and realized that to continue to help my '' clinics'' grow, it was more of a business coaching person they needed. So... in order to be able to lift these clinics to the next level, I enrolled in this class. Mainly because of the VISION and MISSION I read about that Evercoach valued. They were completely aligned with my core values and I immediately (after the first class) knew this was for me. Not a company based on numbers, SMART objective bla bla bla, but WHAT IS YOUR CULTURE, CORE VALUES, what drives YOU... to ber better..... . THIS is what I needed.
After only 3 classes I realized my thinking had changed ( for the better ) and found that I had much better listening skills and could really dial into the real issues at hand during my weekly follow up sessions with my clinics. I could not be happier with this certification and I have enrolled in the next steps LIFE COACHING to perfect the inner personal experience as well. I am not 100% satisfied, I am 250% satisfied with this certification. the level of detail, examples, coaching classes is perfect. Thank you Evercoach Team, Ajit, Sid Fran.... :)
