I finally can coach people in peace!!
I was always afraid of coaching people though I love doing it so much. I have a tendency of overthinking or even question myself of either I am good enough to coach clients. I normally coach people within my circle as I feel safe knowing they accept me as I am and they always support what I am doing.
I learn from CBC, that coaching is not about me, it is about the clients. Coaching is a conversation, a coach has to be curious, to find more in order to help the clients. I tried to offer free 2 hours of coaching to people outside my circle and after my first free coaching session I was impressed with how far I have improved.
I was so calm during the session. My focus shifted and I manage to help without questioning my credibility. For the first time I feel peace, free to give my best to my clients. Because I was so peaceful during the session, I came out with analogy to explain what the clients going through, which the same story I share in TikTok and that video makes my follower keep increasing and the video hits the highest view of all the videos I posted there
Thank you Coach Ajit and all the other coaches that has helped a lot throughout the process. This course is mind-blowing and Ajit always has brilliant things to share to inspire and to help solve our issues.
