The insights from "Mastering the Growth Mindset" are compelling. I want to thank Vishen for this program. I recently had the opportunity to mentor and coach young adults, and I was able to incorporate valuable insights from this program into my sessions with them. For example, the concept of R.O.S.E, the idea of end goals and means goals, transformative growth versus knowledge accumulation. These concepts were new for the students and provided practical tips they could easily relate to.
Having gone through this program, I was able to introduce insightful new ideas to a group of young people, most of whom were not previously aware of these concepts. I could see their excitement as they learned about the growth mindset. The discussion was interactive, they asked questions and shared their understanding. It turned out to be an amazing teaching and learning opportunity. Thanks to MV!
