I've been a Mindvalley member for about two years and I can say that Vishen and Jeffrey Allen's quests practically got me out of a very dark period that I went through in recent years.
I finished many quests that somehow made me grow in the last two years. However, lately I felt that I had started to lose what I had learned, that I started to look like the one before Mindvalley again, and I thought that it was time to resume the Silva Ultramind, Be Extraordinary, Duality and Unlocking Transcendence courses.
This new quest "Mastering the Growth Mindset" helped me to remember the things I learned. I structured my ideas and the directions in which to go became much clearer. The most important thing for me is that I regained my confidence by doing the exercises in the program, but also the fact that my meditations became very strong again. For me Mastering the Growth Mindset it was a return on the track. It was the right thing in the right moment Thank you for this chance!
