Before this program I was at a loss at how to progress my professional network, and how to approach people I wanted to connect with in a way that felt real and natural for me. I had begun to feel paralysed at the prospect of networking and building business relationships.
Since embarking on this quest, I now understand how to outreach in a way that is genuine and honest for me. I understand that it is important to offer generosity, and to be intimate and porous. Although I am still somewhat out of my comfort zone, I feel that I am not flaying around in the dark and waiting for luck, but have clarity on the steps to take in order to successfully outreach, to establish meaningful connections, and then to follow up. I have been successful in establishing three important new connections since doing this course.
