"The next morning I could still remember 9 of the 10"

I'm a highly intelligent person but my memory isn't great unless it's about something I'm really interested in. I also have a hard time maintaining focus and I procrastinate a lot. In the masterclass Jim went through an exercise to remember 10 things using areas on the body. I followed along and could easily repeat them forwards and backwards. Without that mini training I might have remembered a few of them and not necessarily in order. So I jumped on the course right away. But that's not the best part....the next morning I could still remember 9 of the 10. Miraculous.
