"The masterclass was a good eye opener"

I joined the Quest Masterclass because I had not only heard good things about Jim Kwik's approach and wisdom but also I was in need of some support to reset my mental capacity and get greater clarity and ability to focus. The masterclass was a good eye opener - not only did I get a practical example of for how to remember / recall lists, or information but I things that were highlighted resonated for me. Such as mental fatigue, decision making fatigue, stress management (of lack of management of stress). I had noticed recently that my bandwidth and focus was reducing, my ability to recall information slowing declining - I knew I was overloaded with information, but not effectively retaining anything, I also had started to learn my native language - something I have been longing to do and am really passionate about. I was worried that my schedule and lack of bandwidth was going to effect my ability to learn. So I signed up for the 30 day Quest - already, day 1 in I am enjoying the theory, stories, and examples - hopeful that I continue to apply the lessons each day.
