I have been using Jim Kwik's Masterclass to remember customer names, and birthdays. This has allowed me to be quicker with their service, as well as leaving more time to ask more personal questions that show them I am interested in relationship. This has opened up a whole new paradigm of learning to me, as well as creating a very friendly atmosphere in my workplace.
