"Even in the "warm-ups" I'm learning a lot!"

I'm just starting this program. And even in the "warm-ups" I'm learning a LOT! Just now, after taking the 1st class on M.O.M. I filled out the survey. 
I found myself putting "strongly disagree" for most things: like having a sharp mind and remembering things and having good focus. Well, the funny thing is that I WAS SOOO SUPER FOCUSED (for once :) that I actually burned my rice !?! (Go figure :)
