You can check lots of studies about homeostasis and the human body hability to balance the energy spent in exercises.
The energy-balance theory is no more accepted considering the modern studies in this area.
Now, you can keep repeating that you can lose wheight exercising...but it is not really what happens.
People that starts exercising for wheight loss...in almost all cases, change some other habits (including food habits) at the same time...and THIS is what does the real wheightloss...not exercising. Exercising is the KEYSTONE habit for changing...but is is NOT what makes you lose weight.
