Before this quest and even though I (was) am taking good care of my physical, mental and spiritual healths before joining this ´program, I felt the heaviness of a statu-quo, in which I was trapped for the last 4 years. I read positives books, followed good spiritual advices but still the letargy of going nowhere was a heavy load to bare on my all.
Not very long ago Vishen popped on my facebook screen for the second time in a little over a year...I subcribed for the second time to MIndvalley. This time reimbursment was not going to be an option!
As many of us I assisted to entire 17- 18 of May summit days by Zoom/video. At that time I all ready had a painful left trachea infection. My chest was compressed and so so painful, I even spitted a little blood that morning. However, I had commit myself to follow it all and in order not to be distracted or disturbed, I stayed in the hotel room that I had rented, for the occasion.
All was fascinating! The speakers were so genuine and shining! Their energies were blasting out of my computer screen.

Then the magic happened.....When Regan came on stage, her energy was so strong and powerful that when I stood up alone in my room but within the L.A. crowd, a miracle happened. Within a few minutes, I felt a clearing coming in my lung trachea ...
The left chest pain disappeared...
I was able to inhale with no more stabbing pain... I knew right now and then that my left pulmonary trachea infection was going to leave me for good.
That same evening I went to the hospital for a first postponed and very much due exam since the pains started. The Xrays do not lie !! The examining doctor found what he called leftover symptoms of clogged right and left bronchi. My LEFT brunchie was FAR CLEANER than the right one. I took the prescription and had a weeklong du refreshing sleeping night.
On a personal level it is clear to me that the Mindvalley program is the source for understanding one's SPIRIT MIND AND BODY..
I expanded my 12 hrs fasting to 16 hrs....At 75 I feel great!!
I feel my brain asking me questions all the time.
I feel my brain researching the whys and hows to get better, more sensitive to my vibrations and intuition
Time and time again I feel that both sides of my brain are trying to communicate, to decide wisely off my next moves to come.
