"Today I've let go a big block that I've had since I was 4 years old"

Thanks to this program. My life has changed so much. I know that I'll achieve all the goals I want to. It started with the 7 Sacred States ( What a healing exercise ). I've been practicing it since June 9th and I'll do it for a long time. It makes me become so much more aware of things I wasn't seing before. I love also so much the Silva method. I love all the exercises we do. Today I've let go such a big block that I've had since I was 4 years old. I had no idea that it was there. What a great relief ! Thanks Vishen for creating this program. It's so AMAZING and TRANSFORMING. I become a new exciting Kosha happy and grateful for ever with you Vishen and all the teachers in this program and all your excellent team.
