"The biggest changes have been in my career and mindset"

Before I started the Manifestation Mastery program, my life was a balancing act between two worlds. I had launched my business as an executive coach and leadership development expert, while simultaneously working full-time as a change management consultant, tethered to the security of a W2 position. I knew deep down that I wanted to step away from the full-time grind and dive fully into being self-employed, but the practical realities—like homeownership and the financial responsibilities that come with it—seemed to push that goal into a distant future. 

At the time, I was contracting for leadership development events and had to strategically use my PTO (paid time off) to make it all work. My days were long, often bleeding into weekends, as I poured myself into both ventures. Life was full but far from balanced. With a family vacation coming up on October 14, 2023, I realized that I wouldn't have enough PTO to cover the time off. This was back in May or June, and I remember saying to myself, I don’t know how it will happen, but I will not be working my W2 job by the time I go on vacation. I wasn’t tied to the “how”—I was just manifesting the what. 

The reason I enrolled in the Manifestation Mastery was to tap into a deeper sense of purpose and to learn how to intentionally attract the life I truly wanted—one where I was free to pursue my passion without the constraints of a traditional job. I felt like I had reached the edge of my potential and needed the tools to leap beyond it. 

I wanted to master the art of manifesting abundance, clarity, and balance in my life. I needed to break through the mental barriers that made the leap into full-time entrepreneurship seem distant, if not impossible. I was looking for the insight to align my actions with my true intentions and to fully embrace the idea that the universe can conspire in our favor—if we let it. 

Since diving into this Mastery Program, I feel more aligned with the flow of life. The fear of uncertainty has been replaced with a calm assurance that everything is unfolding as it should. I’ve come to trust my intuition and the power of intention in ways I never thought possible. 

I recommend this Mastery program because it teaches you to release control over the how and focus on the what. It’s about trusting that when you’re aligned with your true desires, the universe moves mountains—or changes gates at airports—so you can arrive at the destination you’ve envisioned.

In August 2023, in the middle of manifesting this vision, I was unexpectedly notified that my position at my W2 job had been eliminated, effective immediately. However, rather than feel devastated, I saw it as a sign that the universe was answering my call. I was given a severance package that took me through the end of the year, allowing me to fully step into my new contract supporting four leadership development initiatives. The company even kept me on payroll until October 13, 2023—yes, the day before my family vacation began. I couldn’t have scripted it better if I tried. 

My top 3 takeaways or insights since participating in Manifestation Mastery are…
 - Let go of the “how” and trust the “what.” It’s not about knowing the step-by-step plan; it’s about trusting the journey and staying aligned with your goals.
 - Intuition is powerful. I’ve learned to listen more closely to those subtle nudges and follow them, even when logic doesn’t always make sense.
 - Manifestation is a practice of surrender. It’s about visualizing the end result and then letting the universe take care of the details. The more I release control, the more things seem to fall into place. 

The most profound change has been in my ability to embrace uncertainty without anxiety. One standout moment was when I was traveling to provide leadership development to a group of 55 leaders. I had a tight connection in Las Vegas, with my incoming flight arriving late—7 minutes after my next flight had already started boarding. I kept visualizing myself calmly walking onto that flight, telling myself, I don’t know how it will happen, but I will make it—and my checked bag will make it too. To my astonishment, not only did I land on time, but we had a gate change that placed me just steps away from my connecting flight. It felt like magic, but now I understand—it’s manifestation in action.
