At first glance, my story may seem ordinary. Maybe it’s just a series of little everyday signs that delight me. The truth is, I’d been on sick leave with burnout for over a year, and I’ve started moving again—and that alone is already a big change.

The day I signed up for the program, I found a piece of paper on the beach that said “Elevate your life.” After a session with Regan, I received—for the first time—a phone notification: “Your future Murielle is calling.” At the pool, my coin got stuck in a locker. Frustrated, I heard a little inner voice telling me to look in the locker below—someone had left their coin there. This week, a coach sent me a book in the mail—exactly the one I need right now.
