The day that the course began I became very ill with a neurological disease. I have been in pain throughout the entire course. On the last day of the course the pain completely subsided. How extraordinary is that!

Throughout the course I listened to most of the lessons on a loop as a meditation and as a means to distract myself from my physical discomfort. I think that the daily and repetitive exposure to the teachings enabled me to absorb the information on many levels.

My stepping stone manifestations and my main manifestation were primarily related to work. I have achieved some of my stepping stone manifestations but I have not yet achieved my main manifestation. However, during the process I have learnt so much about myself as well as learning so much about the world of frequency. It has been a fascinating and transformative journey. Thank you.
