Before Manifesting Mastery, I lived most of my life carrying a wound I never fully understood — the belief that I wasn’t worthy of my own dreams. Childhood abuse taught me to disappear and distrust my own inner voice. Even after becoming a certified life coach in 2014 and helping thousands of women, I still didn’t believe I deserved the life I guided others toward. 

The last six months changed everything. 

I lived the work daily — not as homework, but as soul-love work. Through the teachings, activations, and practices, something extraordinary happened: 

• My worthiness rose from 30% to 98%.
 • My intuition opened fully.
 • My trust in myself and the Universe became unshakable.
 • My nervous system softened into safety.
 • My marriage deepened.
 • My coaching elevated to a new level of clarity and embodiment.

For most of my life, I carried a truth I never spoke out loud:
 I didn’t believe I was worthy of my own dreams. 

My childhood was filled with trauma — physical, emotional, and sexual abuse from birth to age ten. The kind of experience that teaches a child to disappear, to become invisible, to disconnect from her own body just to survive. As I moved into my teenage years, young adulthood, and even into my sixties, that old programming stayed with me. 

I learned not to feel.
 I learned not to trust.
 I learned that other people had the answers — and I did not.
 I learned to perform “fine” on the outside while feeling empty on the inside. 

Even though I built a beautiful life, helped thousands of women, and became a Relationship Love Coach… inside, I still felt unworthy. I still believed everyone else deserved their dreams more than I deserved mine. 

I even survived a near-death experience after trusting someone who wanted me gone. And though I fought my way back to life — I still didn’t fully believe in my own worth. 

But something in me knew…
 There had to be more.
 More love.
 More trust.
 More possibility.
 More of me. 

So when I joined Mindvalley’s Manifesting Mastery, I didn’t know what would happen — but I knew my soul was begging for transformation.

This six-month experience didn’t just teach me how to manifest. 

It rebuilt me.
 It returned me to myself.
 It awakened the part of me that had been waiting my entire life to come alive. 

Every class with Regan…

 Every Quantum Jumping session…
 Every moment I practiced the 3-2-1…

 • I began learning new skills fearlessly, including AI tools I once thought were too advanced for me.

Today, at almost 72 years old, I feel younger, more alive, more grounded, and more free than ever before. 

I am a woman of infinite gratitude.
 I am a woman of infinite love.
 I am a woman of deep trust.
 I am a woman living in everyday miracles. 

I trust myself.
 I trust my intuition.
 I trust the Universe with my whole heart.

I help women feel seen, valued, emotionally safe, and worthy of their deepest desires — because I have finally become the woman I always dreamed of being.

 It is the embodiment of everything I’ve reclaimed:

I see myself learning, expanding, connecting, laughing, meditating, dancing in Seville, savoring the food, and absorbing every moment with my whole heart. 

Afterwards, with the world-class coaching component, I see myself returning home ready to serve millions with my message of radical self-love, healing, worthiness, and emotional safety in relationships. 

My mission is clear:
