How Manifesting Gave Me My Shoulder — and My Hope — Back
In 2006, I had a serious car accident that changed my life. My left shoulder was shattered, and I underwent major surgery where doctors inserted twelve titanium screws to hold it together. The operation saved my arm, but it came at a cost — I lost nearly 35% of my mobility. I could barely raise my arm beyond shoulder height, and for months the pain was unbearable. Eventually, I accepted that this was how it would be for the rest of my life.
For almost twenty years, I lived with that belief — that I would never have full movement again.
Then I joined Mindvalley and began exploring the power of manifestation and conscious creation. I enrolled in the Manifesting Mastery Program, and as I write this, I’ve completed 39 sessions. During the program, I began manifesting perfect health and visualizing myself regaining full mobility in my shoulder — something I had long believed was impossible.
A few months later, during a routine check-up with my primary doctor, I casually mentioned my shoulder and asked if anything could be done. He examined me and said it looked like a frozen shoulder, and referred me to a specialist. That specialist reviewed my case and said something that shocked me:
“It seems your shoulder was operated on incorrectly years ago. I can fix this with a reverse shoulder replacement surgery, and you should regain about 99% of your mobility.”
For the first time in 20 years, I felt hope. I immediately said yes to the surgery.
One month ago, I underwent the procedure, and though I’m still in physical therapy, I already have more mobility now than before the surgery — and more than I did before starting the Manifesting Mastery Program. My doctors say that within five months, I should have nearly full range of motion again.
This entire experience has been nothing short of transformational. I truly believe that manifesting good health opened my heart, mind, and body to healing — and aligned me with the right people, at the right time, to make it possible.
