Manifesting Mastery

“I Went From ‘Just Surviving’ to Building a Global Disability Inclusion Company in Dubai”

From 3-Day Superhuman in Dubai to Manifestation Mastery & Accessibility Partners Ltd Dubai LLC
Story by: Mandy-Jayne “MJ” Lace
Theme: From Surviving to Serving · Manifestation in Action
Before: “I Knew I Was Meant for More… But I Was Tired”
When I came to Dubai for the 3-day Superhuman experience, I was many things at once.
A disabled woman.
 A social worker in training.
 A specialist teacher.
 A changemaker who was exhausted.
I knew I had a big mission. I could feel it in my bones.
But my life still felt like this:
 • Fighting systems for basic access.
 • Helping people one by one.
 • Constant health crashes.
 • Money stress.
 • Dreams that felt “too big” for my body and my postcode.
Inside, the question played on repeat:
“How do I build a global impact when just getting through the week is a full-time job?”
Dubai was supposed to be “just a course.”
It became the turning point of my life. The 3-Day Superhuman: Remembering Who I Really Am In that room in Dubai, I felt it shift.
We talked about:
 • Human potential.
 • Upgrading beliefs.
 • Living from the future, not the past.
I sat there, body hurting, heart wide open.
I realised:
“I’ve been acting like my disability is a cage. It’s actually my catapult.”
Instead of asking, “How do I fit into this broken system?” I started asking, “What if I’m here to rebuild it?”
During those three days I:
 • Rewrote my identity.
 • Saw a clear vision of a global inclusion brand.
 • Felt, in my cells, the reality of speaking on stages worldwide.
 • Decided that my work would move from one-to-one to one-to-many.
The name came later. But the frequency of Accessibility Partners Ltd Dubai LLC was born in that room.
After Dubai: Manifestation in Real Time
When I flew home, the outer world had not yet changed. My health challenges were still there. My degree was still delayed. My placement was still a mess. But I was different.
I stopped waiting for permission. I started behaving as the woman I saw in Dubai:
“I am a global accessibility strategist. My work changes systems, not just single cases.”
And then things moved. Fast.
What Manifestation Mastery Looked Like in My Life
1. From One-to-One to One-to-Many
I moved from quiet, private support calls to training whole organisations.
I began speaking and coaching at scale:
 • Delivering sessions that reached teams, regions, and whole companies.
 • Designing programmes that could be replicated again and again.
 • Building frameworks that turn  “Can you help this one person with their Access to Work application?”
After Dubai, it became:
“Can you help us redesign how we support all disabled staff and applicants?”
That’s Manifestation Mastery in action.
2. National Partnerships with Major Employers
Then the partnerships arrived.
I manifested national-level collaborations, including:
 • Working with Evenbreak.
 • Starting work with Chewy and other major corporates.
 • Being invited in as the go-to for disability inclusion and accessibility strategy.
This wasn’t charity. This was business. This was respect.
From “nice to have” to “we need you in the room when decisions are made.”
3. Global Recognition: Awards & Magazines
In the same season, while I was still wrestling with university admin and health stuff, life did this:
 • Global award nominations.
 • Features in international magazines.
 • Speaking opportunities that matched the visions I had in Dubai.
I had written “global stage” in my journal.
Months later, people were introducing me as a global voice on disability inclusion. I did the inner work.
 The outer world rearranged itself.
4. Birth of Accessibility Partners Ltd Dubai LLC
Out of all this, a new version of my work emerged. Not just a UK-based company. A global entity with a Dubai arm:
Accessibility Partners Ltd Dubai LLC
This is more than a legal structure. It is the physical anchor of a vision that began as a feeling in that Superhuman room.
What it stands for:
 • Global accessibility as standard, not an afterthought.
 • Partnerships across borders, cultures, and industries.
 • Disabled and neurodivergent people not just included, but leading.
Dubai, the place where I unlocked this vision, is now also the place where part of my business lives.
That is manifestation. Full circle.
5. The Most Beautiful Manifestation: Family
On top of the business and the awards, something even deeper happened.
I experienced:
 • Healing with my brother.
 • Meeting my nieces and nephews properly for the first time in their lives.
For years, we were strangers who shared DNA. Now we are slowly, gently, becoming a family again.
You can’t measure that in metrics. “Global partnerships are wonderful. But the first hug from a niece who has only ever heard of you? That’s a miracle.”
Superhuman taught me:
When you heal your inner world, your outer world starts to repair itself too.
The Rooftop Pool Moment
Somewhere between all of this, I found myself in Dubai again.
Rooftop pool.
 Historic building.
 Sky above.
And it hit me:
 • I did manifest the global work.
 • I did create a Dubai-anchored company.
 • I did move from “just surviving” to leading a movement.
 • I did become the woman I saw in that Superhuman room.
“I thought life was delaying me. It was actually upgrading me.”
The Truth: The “Delay” Was the Training
My degree got delayed.
 My placement stalled.
I felt like I was stuck.
But looking back, those months were my training ground:
 • I learned to trust my inner guidance more than external timelines.
 • I grew a business that can hold global impact.
 • I healed parts of my life I had written off as impossible.
Now, as I step into my placement and into the next level of my career,
I am not the same woman who boarded that first flight to Dubai.
I am:
 • A Manifestation Master in progress.
 • The founder of Accessibility Partners Ltd with a Dubai LLC arm.
 • A global voice for people that systems often erase.
 • A sister, an auntie, a leader, and a student of life, all at once.
What I Know Now
If I could speak to the version of me who flew to that first Mindvalley event, I’d say:
“You’re not broken. You’re being built. Keep going.”
Manifestation Mastery, for me, is not just about:
 • Money.
 • Stages.
 • Logos.
It’s about this:
 • Living from your future self today.
 • Using your pain as fuel, not a prison.
 • Building structures that serve others, not just yourself.
Accessibility Partners Ltd Dubai LLC
is not the end of the story. It’s the launchpad.
And I’m only just getting started.
