Before Manifesting Mastery, my life was filled with visible success, structure aligned with my profession as a psychologist, intelligence, and over 20 years of responsibility in practice.
And yet, something was missing.
I was witnessing brilliant life trajectories, driven by the desire to support my patients—men who appeared strong, high-performing, and committed… yet were internally exhausted.
For these men, success was there. Mastery was there.
But the body could no longer keep up.
Their inner axis had quietly weakened. And traditional psychotherapy was not the answer.
I knew this state from within:
clarity without breath, performance without embodiment,
control as the only anchor.
Last year, I decided to create my brand, OMBODHI, around the suffering of these multipotential men.
After Manifesting Mastery, I feel fully aligned with my vision. I’ve developed my ability to mentor, to step into my role as a facilitator, and to guide in a new way.
I committed to this path because I no longer wanted to transmit concepts disconnected from life, centered only on the mind. I wanted to go into the body.
To move through deeper layers: the false self, hypervigilance, invisible loyalties.
My book was born from this transformation. I wanted to share how we stop surviving our own success—how we move from control to presence. How the nervous system, breath, identity, and consciousness can work together again.
I was able to write my book, which will be released soon, along with a three-month journey called AMPLIFY.
I recommend Mindvalley programs because they teach you how to inhabit your vision.
To feel when you are aligned.
To recognize when you betray yourself.
To return to a reliable center, even in the middle of chaos.
This path is for those who know, deep down, that true power begins the moment we stop forcing.
In 2025, the deepest transformations showed up in:
- my relationship with my body and breath
- how I make decisions in building my brand OMBODHI
- my posture as a mentor and facilitator
- and most importantly, the quality of presence I hold in the spaces I create
The change is embodied daily.
My three biggest lessons:
- Inner authority is not mental. It is somatic, regulated, alive.
- Vulnerability does not weaken—it restores alignment.
- You don’t transform people. You create a field where they can reorganize themselves.
My greatest transformation is a quiet clarity.
No more forcing.
No more convincing.
No more carrying.
Today, I facilitate spaces where:
- the body speaks before words
- silence has value
- presence becomes the primary tool
From this place, The Man Who Breathed Underwater was born—a rite of passage into a grounded, regulated inner authority.
And what’s next…
In 2026, I am launching AMPLIFY—a mentorship and facilitation journey for those ready to embody their power without betraying themselves.
AMPLIFY is the natural continuation of the book:
a space where we move from reading to embodiment,
from threshold to transformation,
from understanding to lived sovereignty.
It is a return home.
