Before this 5-month master program, I had a lot of information, but it wasn’t connecting in my mind—it was like I was jumping from one thing to another. With the guidance of Vishen, Regan, and all the teachers, I became a person of habits. I started noticing signs where I hadn’t seen them before, and people began to see me differently. Now, after an intense 5 months, I’ve begun to focus on my life’s mission, understanding how to align and be coherent from the center of my being—not from the repetition that other courses teach.
