Manifesting Mastery

"I bent the stainless steel spoon I eat with, using my hands"

I bent the stainless steel spoon I eat with, using my hands. No, it wasn't strength. It was the intention, emotion and focus of the mind. And with it I crossed and overcome several barriers and limiting beliefs (acquired over 54 years) all within a matter of minutes. All the teachings of Vishen, Regan and other teachers came alive in my hands with the spoon-bending activity.

Nothing happened in the first few seconds of the exercise... I was applying force and the spoon did not budge. And then the instructor asked to 'let go... it's not about strength or force.' The moment I let go - with knowing, trust, love and gratitude - the spoon simply softened in my hands and the magic happened!

There were goosebumps all over and tears rolled down my cheeks! For me the spoon-bending was a practical of the limitless possibilities available to me. It was also a reminder that 1) Belief is a superpower. It shapes perception, performance and results. 2) Surrender, not control leads to breakthroughs.

So what we call as 'impossible' is not impossible after all. That impossible is just an assumption waiting to dissolve with a shift in belief.

Big, huge thank you Allyn Evans, Luigi Sciambarella for shifting the impossibles to possibles for me. Thank you Vishen and Mindvalley for bringing this to me and all others.

Gratitude!
