I enrolled on this programme because my husband and I will retire to sail around the world next year. In order to live this new life to the FULL and embrace all the changes and challenges that will accompany our nomadic existence, I know I have to recalibrate myself so I show up as the most shiny powerful version of me without my controlling behaviours, beliefs or health issues holding me back.
Before this programme I did not take radical responsibility for my life, I didn’t know it was wholly within my power to. I didn’t know I got what I was willing to tolerate - a lifetime of fear of people’s judgement and fear of being ignored, rejected and criticised. 30 years of insomnia, 16 years of chronic shoulder pain, blocks on money -receiving it and being worthy of having it, a constant need to control things and have them just so.
Thanks to this programme I have met and fallen in love with my highest self who I didn’t even know existed within me. I have named her Athena because she is the goddess of wisdom, war and good counsel. I am in coherence with her and speak to her every day and plan my days with her. I am manifesting on a daily basis because I now make choices from this version of myself, and life has become so much easier. She has taught me to constantly think from my heart and not my ego which wants to control things and have them just so. By letting go of chronic overthinking and control, and meditating and listening more I am more resilient to the criticism and judgement of others (which is a miracle!) and I am sleeping better than I have since my children were born 30 years ago. By dropping into the frequency of my highest self who is living in my health frequency I have healed my chronic shoulder pain because I listened to the guidance from my health spirits to visit a physiotherapist (who they guided me towards) and through consistent exercise and positive self talk my shoulder is healed.
Before this quest I never truly knew or lived to my fullest potential. I lived a life of wishing. Now I live a life of knowing: knowing I can have it all on my terms, knowing the universe has my back, knowing magic shows up every day, knowing I was born rich and luck is always on my side, knowing I am a magnificent manifestor. I know these things at a soul level and that truly is a miracle to now be living a life of such certainty.
My top three insights following this course are:
1. We don’t get in life what we do but who we choose to be and what we are willing to tolerate - I didn’t realise it, but before this course I chose to play small. Now I live big and play big. I demand & expect big things show up because I truly know I am worthy of it.
2. Time is malleable - Culture taught me time was linear and that was my paradigm. I now know time is fluid and we can shape and shift it. Through my intention I have experienced both folding and stretching time to make it work for me!
3. Quantum physics, alchemy and multi-dimensional senses - I had no ideal such states existed before this course and that they could be accessed so easily by simply shifting into an altered state of consciousness, staying fluid by embracing the uncertainty of it all (difficult, but I’m getting better every day) and surrendering to what is. I am playing with this every day, some days connecting to the morphogenic field, others the zero point field. Play and learn is where I’m at.

Lastly I wish to share unexpected magic manifested on this course. Initially our sailing trip was about us, the voyage and the experiences we’d have along the way. It now has a divine purpose. My heart swells to share with you that I know our purpose is to be in service to people and the environment. We will leave every place we visit better than we found it be it through our words and deeds of showing love, respect, kindness and non-judgment to those we meet or through our actions of organising beach clean ups, teaching and sharing our gifts, talents, knowledge and money.
